    Responsibilities
    1. Supervise administrative details such as event materials, financial operations and responses to inquiries related all of A Korea(false name) events
    2. Prepare periodic report of event¡¯s performance such as attendees analysis, forecasting of participant figures
    3. Responsible for drawing up a event contract to be sent legal team by each event
    4. Maintain effective relationships with relevant parties, contributing to and agreed events programs and planning their implementation
    5. Managing the database to ensure correctly; maintain and control stocks of materials and ensure delivery at events
    6. Work closely with sale development to review and understand sales promotion
    7. Read events publications, attend seminars and communications with other event agencies in order to keep abreast of event operation standards and trends
    8. Secure and book a suitable venue or location; Search information to find excellent Event suppliers
    9. Co-ordinate venue management, caters, contractors and equipment hire
    10. Assist in preparing annual budget
    11. Purchase all of the event goods and items required

    Qualifications
    1. Requires a bachelor¡¯s degree with 4~5 years experience of events and tourism industry.
    2. Experienced in working closely with a number of different people
    3. Confidence with event industry
    4. A can-do attitude and the ability to ¡°go the extra mile¡±;
    5. Attention to detail and organizational management
    6. Time management skill
