    We are seeking an Account/Operations Manager for our Meetings and Events business to join our growing team on a permanent, full time basis. The role will be responsible and accountable for all nominated client accounts while supporting business development and implementation of new accounts.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Client management
    - Be the key interface for clients as and when required; this include but not limited to addressing service issues, conducting operational and business reviews on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis

    - Ensuring client intelligence are consolidated and translated into actionable data for resource planning, revenue management, business development and performance tracking

    - Drive professionalism in conduct and business etiquette for all client facing team members; ensure all client meetings are preceded by an agenda, guided by clear objectives and desired outcome

    - Provide guidance and support to the client during the change management process; steering and influencing the decision making process to achieve desired outcome

    Operational
    - Support any new implementations by leading the project implementation process with active coordination with the APAC team

    - Acquire operational knowledge of various meeting technology platforms

    - Continuous awareness of any service challenges and taking the lead on the resolution process through accurate framing and documenting of issues, clear identification of failure points, developing action plans to effectively resolve all outstanding issues

    - Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate performance improvement plans as required

    - Encouraging relationship building between operation team members and the client stakeholders on-site as well as off-site

    Commercials
    - Monitoring all clients¡¯ key income drivers and report forecast variances

    - Review client account P&L and drive improvement plans and where required, lead commercial discussions around pricing adjustments due to material change

    - Ensure sound knowledge of client contracts and obligations

    - Maximize all opportunities into client company preferred venues while ensuring visibility to commission rates to secure and negotiate enhanced levels where applicable

    - Support sales and business development efforts for bids and presentations including attendance where expert knowledge is required

    SMM Program optimization
    - Regularly attend industry events supporting SMMP knowledge acquisition and concept

    - Build relationships with venues that support supplier relations strategy, maximizes commercial opportunities and aligns the product value proposition to clients

    - Input on new to the market venue presentations and, when required, input to client and group communications
